Death Wind II is a summoning Artifact Weapon. It can autoswing, and launches a returning scythe on swing which inflicts the Death Wreathe debuff, which causes decent damage over time upon the victim. Said scythes take up a minion slot each and require minion slots to function. Right clicking whilst wielding this weapon will cause all enemies in the area to suffer from the 'Soul Wreathe' debuff, lowering enemy defense by 5%. This effect has a cooldown of 6 seconds. In addition to this, striking enemies may grant the player the Soul Reap debuff, significantly increasing life regeneration. If the wielder has the Bough of Corruption equipped, thrown scythes will implant exploding seeds upon hit foes, dealing additional damage.
