The Staff of the Jade Dragon is a Pre-Hardmode summon weapon that can be found in Pagodas structure. On use, it summons two ethereal dragons that move like a revolving shape that can pierce through enemies or tiles and can disappear for a few seconds. Unlike most summon items, this item does not require a minion slot to function, meaning you can summon multiple times as you pleased.

Its best Modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting sentry. Additionally, Minions and Sentries cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Staff of the Jade Dragon has over a Ruthless one is knockback.

Notes

Due to extremely high mana cost, this weapon is somewhat difficult to utilize.
