The Death Rot is an unobtainable melee Artifact weapon. It has multiple Tiers, increasing its power and effects.

Tier Weapon Description
I Death Rot I.png Death Rot I Hit enemies are afflicted by 'Pestilence,' which spreads to nearby enemies. Every fifth throw of the weapon leaves behind multiple clouds of Plague Mirasa.
II Death Rot II.png Death Rot II Hit enemies are afflicted by 'Pestilence,' which spreads to nearby enemies. Every fifth throw of the weapon leaves behind multiple clouds of Plague Mirasa. Attacks may release a swarm of Rot Seekers that explode into violent fumes.
III Death Rot III.png Death Rot III Hit enemies are afflicted by 'Pestilence,' which spreads to nearby enemies. Every fifth throw of the weapon leaves behind multiple clouds of Plague Mirasa. Attacks may release a swarm of Rot Seekers that explode into violent fumes. Critical hits may cause enemies to explode into violent fumes.
IV Death Rot IV.png Death Rot IV Hit enemies are afflicted by 'Pestilence,' which spreads to nearby enemies. Every fifth throw of the weapon leaves behind multiple clouds of Plague Mirasa. Attacks may release a swarm of Rot Seekers that explode into violent fumes. Critical hits may cause enemies to explode into violent fumes. Hitting enemies may release Necrotic Embers.
